Pakuranga Town Centre
With the recent re-zoning of Pakuranga into a town centre, our acquisition of retail mall Pakuranga Plaza and adjacent lots provides a strategic 4-hectare development site. Our vision is to create a vibrant hub that includes retail, community, residential, hospitality and commercial offerings. Master planning for the site is currently underway.
